Windows and SVN hooks
如果你允许用户开启编辑SVN日记, 你可能需要开启pre-revprop-change的钩子.
但是Window系统与Linux系统中钩子使用方式是不同的.
你可以把以下内容保存到pre-revprop-change.bat中, 并放到钩子目录下即可.
